Cancellation Policy

BUSINESS ON-SITE SERVICE TERMS: The $149 first-hour rate covers technician time for the scheduled on-site service visit. Additional labor, parts, equipment, cabling, software, licenses, managed services, and project work are separate and will be discussed or quoted before additional charges are incurred. Some issues may require follow-up work or equipment to be taken off-site for further diagnosis. The customer is responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of business-critical data whenever reasonably possible. Please do not provide passwords or other sensitive credentials in the online booking form; if authorized access is required, we will arrange it directly. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. Please ensure an authorized contact is available and that the technician can access the affected equipment or systems. If we cannot keep the appointment, we will work with the customer to reschedule.
