Need computer help without bringing your PC to the store? We can connect to your computer over the internet and help with many common problems. You do not need to be good with computers — we will guide you through what to do. The $29 booking charge covers up to 15 minutes. If more time is needed, we will tell you before continuing: up to 30 minutes is $49 total, up to 60 minutes is $79 total, and additional time is $39 per 30 minutes. Some problems may require an in-shop repair, parts, or a house call.
