Service Description
Need help at home? Schedule a visit for help with your computer, printer, Wi-Fi, setup, or other common technology problems in the Magnolia area. The $129 first hour covers the on-site visit. Parts, additional time, and larger projects are quoted separately.
Cancellation Policy
RESIDENTIAL HOUSE CALL TERMS: The $129 first-hour rate covers technician time for the scheduled on-site visit. Parts, equipment, extended labor, major installations, data recovery, and larger projects are separate and will be discussed before additional charges are incurred. Some problems may require equipment to be brought to the shop for further diagnosis or repair. Customers should maintain a current backup of important data whenever reasonably possible before service. Please do not provide passwords in the online booking form. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. Please make sure an adult is available at the service location and that the technician can reasonably access the equipment being serviced. If we cannot keep the appointment, we will work with the customer to reschedule.
