Service Description
Computer not working right? Reserve a time to bring it to our store and we will take a look. The $49 diagnostic covers the initial evaluation. If it needs additional repair labor or parts, we will explain what it needs and the cost before doing additional work.
Cancellation Policy
IN-SHOP SERVICE TERMS: The $49 diagnostic covers the initial evaluation of the device. Repair labor, replacement parts, data recovery, software, and other additional work are not included unless specifically stated and will be discussed before additional charges are incurred. A diagnostic does not guarantee that a device can be repaired. Customers should maintain a current backup of important data whenever reasonably possible before service. Please do not provide account passwords in the online booking form; if access is needed for authorized service, we will arrange it directly. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. The appointment reserves technician time for the initial evaluation. If we cannot keep the appointment, we will work with the customer to reschedule.
